Sonya is a Mindset and Transition Coach, an Affiliated Pro Coach, and the founder of Mindful Transitions. With over two decades of experience leading and mentoring teams on multi-billion-dollar projects, she brings a grounded blend of leadership, psychology, and empathy to her coaching practice.

She knows firsthand what it’s like to juggle everything, to strive for perfection, and to silence your own needs for the sake of others. She also knows how to break that cycle.
Today, she helps women rewrite those stories to move from burnout to balance, and from performing to presence.


Drawing on Meta Dynamics™ Competencies, Neuro-Linguistic Programming, and Advanced Profiling Tools, Sonya guides women through structured, soul-aligned transformation. Her approach is evidence-based yet deeply intuitive where science meets self-awareness.
